Introduction

The Subgroup was tasked to produce guidance covering the elements that constitute good governance (clarity of accountability, responsibility, ownership, quality, security, availability, people processes etc.).  They produced a one-page summary of points and organised a competition for materials to convey these messages in an innovative, eye-catching and professional way.  One of the submissions was a "highly commended" video-clip from Aston University.
