The paper details the steps the Government is taking to give people, communities
and frontline staff the information and real power they need to personalise
public services. Reflecting their local and individual needs will create a
richer, fairer and safer society.

A brief overview of
the importance and nature of Civil Service reform, emphasizing the importance of
more accurate information and analysis to provide and evidence base of what
works and forward plan.

Sets
out the social and economic gains that be achieved from better use of the data
that government holds, and how much further the government has to go to
capitalise on these. It includes

and address data for use in new services;
