This section of the website provides access to all the EURIM documentation that is available externally.  It also provides access to archive material from past activities.   The resources available in this section include:

In the Index of Publications you will find a list of all the EURIM documents that are externally available, most of which are available online. These include statutory documents like AGM Minutes and Financial Statements and all published communications, including Responses to Government consultations, Briefings, Status Reports, Overviews, Discussion Papers, Press Releases and Meeting Reports.  Meeting minutes from EURIM working groups are not listed here because they are working documents and can be found in the page of the relevant working group or in the Working Group Archive.

In the Briefings section you will find a list of EURIM's published Briefings, Status Reports and Responses, which make up EURIM's more formal outputs. These comprise, however, only a small proportion of EURIM documentation so the full list can be found in the Index of Publications. 

The Working Group Archive provides access to the outputs of working groups that have finished their activities. (For information on current working groups see the  working groups section of this website). The information is listed by working group but it can also be cross-referenced by subject matter using the Index of Publications which contains the outputs from both current and past working groups.

The Useful Information section gives access to miscellaneous information which may be useful as background for EURIM activity, particularly for those who have recently joined or who are unfamiliar with the parliamentary environment.  This section contains information on external bodies that EURIM works with, for example it includes descriptions of parliamentary procedures and explains terms of reference used in the decision making process. 

In the Guidelines section you will find information on the way EURIM operates internally.  This includes terms of reference for working party chairmen and rapporteurs, guidance on running working parties and holding meetings, templates and masters for producing documentation.   This section is designed to help members get the most out of their membership.
